Onorati, Anita B. (Virgadaula) (1928-2017)

Passed with peace early Thursday morning, July 27, surrounded by her devoted family at her home in Boynton Beach, Florida. Anita is survived by her children Gary/wife Sandy, Deborah, Karen, David, andu Peter; brothers Joseph and John; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many caring extended family members. She was predeceased by her loving husband Peter (Horace) Onorati.

Anita was born in 1928 in Middletown, Connecticut to Josephine and John Virgadaula. She worked as a secretary for the State of Connecticut and later married the love of her life, Peter, in Middletown, where they would raise their family and grow rich lives together. They later retired to Florida to be closer to the warmth of family and sun, where she remained until she passed. She will always be remembered for her love of travel, hosting parties, and sharing elaborate meals with her large and lively family.

A service to honor Anita will take place on Saturday, July 29, at 12:00 noon, with visitation at 11:00 am, at Boynton Memorial Chapel, 800 West Boynton Beach Boulevard in Boynton Beach, Florida.
