Obituary

Anna Elizabeth Zeller passed away in Boynton Beach, Florida on January 5, 2021. She was the eldest of 3 daughters born to George and Anna (Roreig) Englert on Valentine's Day 1919 in Elizabeth New Jersey. The family moved to Warnerville Hill, New York in 1920. Her sisters Margaret (Cole) of Schenevus, NY and Alma (Binger) of Warnerville, NY both predeceased her.

Anna married Thomas Zeller in 1939 and in 1941 they moved to Sharon Springs, NY where together they ran a successful dairy farm and raised five children.  Anna and Tom remained in Sharon Springs until 1982, then moved to Frostproof, Florida. Anna was active in the local Methodist churches in Frostproof and later in Indian Lake Estates. She was a member of the church choir until 2014, and was also a member of the singing quartet The Songbirds.

In 2015 Anna moved to Boynton Beach Florida to be with her daughter and son-in-law. She enjoyed singing; playing piano; working on crossword puzzles; doing jigsaw puzzles; and visiting with friends and relatives, and continued to enjoy these activities until her death at age 101.

She is survived by three children: Richard (Indian Lake Estates FL); Philip (Redding CA); Pamela (Boynton Beach FL); 8 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren ; several great-great grandchildren and extended family around the country who refer to her as "Aunt Liz." Anna was predeceased by her husband Thomas; daughter Barbara; and son George.

Ashes interment will be in the Sharon Cemetery in NY.
