Obituary

Anne Marie Feery (Heslin), 72 of Boynton Beach, Florida passed away on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease. Anne Marie was a native of Manhattan and moved to Ozone Park, Queens, NY shortly after her 1966 marriage to her beloved husband of nearly 51 years, John (Ed) Feery. Anne Marie relocated to Florida in 1991. Anne Marie was a spirited, kind, generous and loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, aunt and friend. Her infectious sense of humor would fill a room with laughter whenever she shared a story, joke or a funny memory from her life. Anne Marie held great pride in her ancestry and stood ready to promote the benefits and virtues of being Irish. Anne Marie's many interests included crossword puzzles, bowling, bingo, board games, Bobby Darin and Bud Light (on the rocks).

Anne Marie's greatest love was her family. She is survived by her one true love, best friend and husband John (Ed) Feery of Boynton Beach. She is also survived by her loving daughters, Helen Catherine Hyndman (Feery), of Lake Worth, Florida and Tara Anne Hoesten (Feery), and her husband, Ray of Orlando, Florida. Anne Marie was the proud grandmother of Sean, Kailey, Meghan and Darrah Hyndman, and Trevor Hoesten. Anne Marie is also survived by her siblings Carol Cummings (Heslin) and her husband, Peter, of Rockville Center, NY along with brothers Richard Heslin and his wife, Kathy of North Salem, NY and John Heslin, also of New York. Anne Marie is also survived by her sister-in-law June Moody (Feery) and her husband Lynwood, of Thomaston, Maine. Anne Marie is survived by her best friends, Roseanne Haughey of North Fort Meyers, Florida and Mary Gordon Murphy of Rockville Center, New York. Anne Marie was preceded in death by her eldest sister, Patricia Reen (Heslin) and her late husband, Dennis of St. Augustine, Florida. Anne Marie also left dozens of cousins, nieces, nephews and countless friends that hail from all parts of the United States, Ireland and England.
