Anthonie Adrianus van Alphen
Age 82 of Delray Beach, FL died peacefully at home surrounded by family on January 23, 2013. He was born in Holland on September 11, 1930 to Elisabeth and Hendrik van Alphen. Anthonie (Tom) was predeceased by his brother, Hank and daughters, Linda and Ellen. He is survived by his wife Adele; sisters, Annie and Rie; brothers, Ad (Veronica), Kees (Monja), and Hans (Vivian); children, Eddie, Hank (Vicky), Tony (Daisy), Richard, Lydia (Pat), Kim (Ed), John, Cindy (Les), Cyndi (Chris); grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and numerous brothers and sisters-in-law.
Burial Service will be private. Those who wish, may make a contribution to Hospice of Palm Beach County.
