Age 76, of Boynton Beach, died Sunday, October 18, 2015, at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Borgetto, Sicily on August 6th, 1939. He came to the United States in 1956 at the age of 17 where he got a job working in construction. Anthony married the love of his life, Vincenza Barretta in New York in 1962, and was married for 51 years at the time of his wife's passing in 2013. In 1977 he moved his family to Florida and began his own landscaping business, Mignano Lawn Service. Anthony's passions were his work, gardening, cooking and most of all spending time with his family (especially his grandchildren) Anthony is survived by his daughter, Catherine (Kenney) Robbins; son, Joseph (Jennifer) Mignano; four grandchildren, Gina Robbins, Christian Mignano, Sara Mignano and Vanessa Robbins; great-grandson, Brayden; brother Benny Mignano and sister Margaret Cusimano, and pre-deceased by his brother Domenico Mignano. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10AM, Thursday October 22, 2015 at St. Mark's Catholic Church, Boynton Beach. Friends may call from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM, Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at Boynton Memorial Chapel, 800 W. Boynton Beach Blvd., Boynton Beach. Interment will take place at Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery, Royal Palm Beach. Those who wish may make contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
