Barbara Jane Schwartz, 78, of Lake Worth, FL, formerly of Philadelphia, PA, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 18, 2008. Her interests were fashion, fragrances, music, travel, and entertaining. Barbara is predeceased by her cherished mother, Ethel Bell; husband Leonard Schwartz of Philadelphia; sister Bettelou Brix; and brother Dewey Fornwalt. She is survived by her sons Edward (Holly) Schwartz and Kenneth Schwartz and grandchildren Carli, Daniel, and Andrew Schwartz. A visitation will be held on Sunday, July 20, 2008 from 2-4pm at Boynton Memorial Chapel, 800 W. Boynton Beach Blvd., Boynton Beach, FL 33426. A memorial service will be held at a later date at St. Joseph's Episcopal Church in Boynton Beach. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or Vitas Hospice.
