Carlos José Garcia, 60, of Boynton Beach, FL passed away on November 5, 2020. He will forever be recognized as the beloved husband of Joanne (Lai) of Trinidad, devoted father of Brian and Stacey, and proud grandfather of Liana Nicole. Son of Carlos Enrique Garcia and Norma Nieves Garcia (deceased) of Puerto Rico. Brother of Dr. Jose G. Garcia and Janet Cruz. Loving grandson of Luis and Clotilde Lizardi (both deceased) and nephew of Nancy Nieves (deceased). Brother-in-law of Vanessa Garcia, Terry Lai (Ann), Vickie Attai (Lambert), Larry Lai (Allison), Gary Lai (Jean), Carol Williams, Ellen Lai, Alloy Chin Yew. Cherished uncle of Jon-Erik, David (Tam), Natasha, Patti Ann (Floyd), Amanda, Ryan, Tony (Howard), Anna, Gordon (Jennifer), Gerard (Lori), Garvin (Lisa), Sasha (Lou), Jenna, Rob (Marlene), Sue (Arnie), Kenny (Caitlin), John Robert (Amy), Gilberto, Natalia, Francisco (Daniela), Emilio, Julian, Andres and many many others.

Treasured friend of Jose Mendez (Puerto Rico), Conaghys and Brennans (Ireland), Briggs (Barbados), Sonnys (Naples), Assings (Canada), Lee Loys, Finleys, Youngs and Winters (Trinidad) and countless others.
Former employee of Naples Community Hospital and Conifer Health Systems.
Carlos will always be fondly remembered for being a selfless, loving, caring, supportive, dependable, kind-hearted, honest, devoted, gentle, quiet and chill, patient, humble, giving, unconditional and unassuming man. He will be missed dearly, but we take comfort in knowing that he continues to watch over us and we shall see him again some day.
Carlos will be privately cremated and a funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, 18th November, 2020 at 11am, at St Thomas More Catholic Church in Boynton Beach, FL. His ashes will be later interred at a date to be determined. Due to COVID-19 restrictions we are limited to immediate family members only in attendance.
