On January 4, 2021, Carol Ann Schaffer passed on to her spiritual home after a brief illness. Carol was born in Litchfield, MN in 1942, a war baby born to Harriet and Richard Peterson. She was a devoted daughter and moved to Florida to care for her aging parents after retiring from the 3M Corporation. Carol held various positions at 3M ranging from assembly line to technician and clerical during her 30 years there. Carol was a kind and lighthearted soul and she possessed a quick wit and great sense of humor. She loved cats especially her "Tony" and she was a member of the Red Hat Society for many years.

She leaves behind her devoted friends, Linda and Tim Smith of Glenmont, NY, Sharon Cohen of Minneapolis, MN, Anthony DeCato, Rachel Chickey and the Gals of the Red Hat Society all of Boynton Beach, FL. We send Carol forth with love and prayers. She will be missed but always thought of with a smile.
