Curtis Allen Berns, a dedicated son, father, grandfather, sibling and friend, passed away on
Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at home in Boynton Beach, FL.

Curtis was born February 16, 1957 in Kalamazoo, MI to Robert and Shirley Berns (Hiscock).
While he was originally from Michigan, he lived in various states, from Kentucky, Texas and
Florida. Throughout the years he was a passionate business owner, enjoyed fishing, hunting
and watching any football, basketball or race that was happening. He loved being a father and
grandfather and was always cheering for his kids in any activity they were involved in. He was
also always known to be a handyman and loved working with his hands.

Curtis is survived by his mother, Shirley Berns and two children, Curtis (Jennifer) Berns and
Erin Berns, three grandchildren, Ryley, Alyssa and Emily Berns. His brothers Craig (Barbara)
Berns, Kevin Berns and sister JoAnn Kinney (Berns), along with many nieces and nephews.

His family is asking everyone to celebrate the memories you have with him and remember him
as the caring man who enjoyed life.
