David Harold Smith
"Coach Smith"
David Harold Smith of Boynton Beach, FL died Saturday, September 19, 2009 at the age of 63. He was born in Allegan, MI, August 20, 1946, to Red and Mary Smith. After graduating from high school he served in the United States Air Force for four years. He was a teacher and a coach at Atlantic High School in Delray Beach for more than 30 years.
David is survived by his wife, Marie de los Angeles; his mother, Mary; his brother, Roger and wife Susan; his sons, Brian and wife Eileen and Kyle and wife Kristy; adopted children, Timo and wife Veronique, Vanessa and Billy; and three grandchildren, Matthew, Christopher and Kyndal.
David will be missed by all of those who were blessed to know him. His boisterous laugh will echo in our hearts forever.
A Memorial Service will be held 1pm, Sunday, September 27, 2009 at Boynton Memorial Chapel, 800 W. Boynton Beach Blvd., Boynton Beach.
