DELMA WAYNE SWILLEY, Major USAF (Ret)

A kind man, beloved Husband, Father & Grandfather, true

9 ^th Generation American patriot and born again Christian,

made his last flight west into his eternity Dec. 20, 2017

surrounded by loving family and friends.   An outstanding athlete

at Seacrest HS and FSU where he joined Phi Delta Theta Fraternity,

in 1956 he married his high school sweetheart, Billie Jo McFee and

so began their storybook marriage of 61 years. Their love and

devotion, with God's blessing, produced 3 wonderful children,

Tim (Cindy), Paul (Ginger), Darbe and 6 unique grandchildren;

Brooke, Nick and Hayley Swilley; John Wayne Swilley; Elyse and

Alexandra (deceased) Lautenschlager. Del retired from the Air

Force in 1971 and traded his wings for a hammer and nails and

became a General Contractor in the Delray Beach area. Retired

in 1999, he and BJ lived happily ever after golfing and fishing in

both Florida and the magical N. Georgia Mts.

Visitation will be Thursday, Dec. 28 ^th from 6PM to 8 PM at Boynton

Memorial Chapel, 800 W. Boynton Beach Blvd. Boynton Beach, Fl.

Funeral Services will be 12:00 PM Dec. 29 ^th at Seacrest Presbyterian

Church, 2703 N. Seacrest Blvd. Delray Beach, FL 33444. In lieu of flowers,

memorials may be made to Seacrest Presbyterian Church.
