Dolores Capizzi (Spina) formerly of the Bronx and Bronxville passed away peacefully, on Monday, January 25 ^th , 2021, in her home in Boynton Beach. Dolores was born in the Bronx to Nicholas and Mary Spina. She stayed at home to raise her 5 children. She worked in her later years at Macy's Department Store. She was a snowbird and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends in New York and Florida. She loved traveling, enjoying broadway shows, concerts, dinning and playing mahjong with her close friends. She had a flare for decorating her home with exquisite taste, which no one can deny.  Dolores was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband, George Capizzi, her second love, Frank Sprovieri , brother Richard Spina, sister in law Jean Spina and son in law Bengt Barbaccia. Dolores is survived by her loving children, John (Susan), Deborah Barbaccia (Bengt), Cherie DeTone (Keith), Lynne Mutz, Nicholas Capizzi (Jessica), adored grandchildren Paul (Dana), Richard (Phyllis), Dina (Philip), Alex, Nicole, Christopher, Danielle (Bruno), Samantha (Peterson), Daniel, Steven, Ryan, Brandon and Cameron. Loving GG (Great Grandmother) to Nicholas, Gabriella, Dominick, Felicia, Gianni, Lucas Lila, Dominic and Anthony. Dolores will always be remembered for her love of family. She was admired by family and friends, especially Ron, who was not only a good friend but considered a brother to her and family to us. She will be missed by all those who loved and knew her. A memorial and Interment will be set at a later date for family and friends and will be held at The Gate Of Heaven in Valhalla, New York.
