Donald L. Werkstell, 78, a resident of Boynton Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully on September 5, 2025.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Kathy, and his cherished son, Christian. Donald was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin, friend — and a loving dog owner.

He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army and went on to work for American Airlines before continuing his career with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).

Donald enjoyed an active lifestyle and found great joy in golf, tennis, and playing pool. Above all, he loved spending time with his family and friends.

Known for his sharp wit and warm sense of humor, Donald brought laughter and kindness to everyone who knew him. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date in New York, where he was raised.
