Dorothea Florence Moreau
(nee Hoeflich)
Age 97 of Delray Beach, FL died March 25, 2012. She was born January 8, 1915 in Baltimore, MD. Dorothea had been married for 60 years to Elmer W. Moreau, a former Baltimore City fire chief, before his death in 1995. She was continuously active in the Lutheran Church activities such as Bible study groups and Ladies Auxiliary events. Dorothea was an excellent cook and hostess for family and friends at holiday and special festivities. In 1995, she moved to Abbey Delray South to be near her only child and husband, Barbara and Delbert Kohl of Delray Beach, FL. At Abbey Delray South, Dorothea was active in the Bible Study group, the chorus, and fund-raising and charitable events.
A Graveside Service will be held 10:30am Saturday, March 31, 2012 at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens in Timonium, MD.
