IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Dorothy J.
Camirand
August 23, 1934 – April 10, 2021
On April 10th 2021, Dorothy Camirand may have departed this earth in body, but our memories of her will forever live on in our hearts and minds and in the hearts of all the people that she touched during her life. Throughout her life she showered her family with love and a wealth of beautiful gifts made by her talents and love and by the hands that God gave her. You never went hungry in her house and you always felt the warmth of her welcome.
Mom lived a simple life. She was a stay at home mom, married 61years to a school teacher, Milton. We lived a humble middle class lifestyle. When my father retired and the children left home Milton and Dorothy decided to move south to Florida where they spent the remainder of their lives. This simple life led to a lifetime of doting over six children; Lori Camirand-Kelly, Glenn, Mark, Lisa Munoz, Kim and Timothy and three daughters and son in laws; Kim Murphy-Camirand , Arturo Munoz and Mori Monteverde-Camirand and eight grandkids; Athena, Samantha, Kristi, Jared, Stacie, Gabriella, Stephanie and Alexandria, whom they were so proud of enriched their lives. Family was the epicenter of their existence, enriched by the goals of each and every one of us. She was also survived by her beloved sister Claire DeCicco who also resides in Florida.
Mom will forever be missed by her loving family and friends whom survived her. We can all take solace knowing that she is now joined by her late husband Milton and departed daughter Kim. May you Rest In Peace. Just know that you always did the right and fair thing and that we love you dearly.
