Dorothy E. Olsen age 93 of Boynton Beach, Florida passed away September 24, 2019, at Palm Garden West Palm Beach - a longtime resident of Colonial Club in Boynton Beach.

Dorothy lived in the Palm Beach County area since 1973 when she relocated from Wantagh, Long Island, New York. Her primary focus was her late husband Arthur J. Olsen whom she was married to for 58 years. Dorothy also found personal fulfillment as a long-serving volunteer at Saint Thomas More Catholic Church in Boynton Beach, and the Children's Science Museum also located in Boynton Beach. Dorothy had three children, Michael J. Olsen of Salem Oregon, Barbara A. Elder of West Palm Beach, Florida and Donald S. Olsen of Atlanta, Georgia.

Along with her children's spouses, Wendy and Greg, she is survived by four grandchildren, Kristen Olsen, Darcy Olsen, Arthur Olsen, Colin Olsen, and two Great Grandchildren. Dorothy will be missed by her friend's that she bowled with on Monday's, met for exercise class at the YMCA during the week and, of course, her family and many long-time friends from here in South Florida and throughout the New York area.

A Visitation and Prayer Service will be held on Monday, September 30, 2019, from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm, with the Prayer Service beginning at 2 pm.
