Driscol George, age 3, Lake Worth, Florida, heroically handsome and fiercely loved son of Rose (Rohlfing) Pennell and David Pennell died in the arms of his mother due to complications from Fanconi Anemia (FA). While this horrible disease took him away from the world, it did not steal his joyous spirit and infectious laugh. Driscol lived life to the fullest in his short 3 years and 5 months. He was an amazing travel buddy and visited 16 states, had a stamp in his passport and a frequent flyer account. He met his idols on Sprout TV in New York City, went to summer camp, Disney World and had his first report card. He loved the zoo, aquariums, going fast, bumpy rides, being tossed in the air, spending time with family and friends and endless hugs and kisses from his mama. To honor his memory, hug your children extra hard today and tell them they are loved. Live life and find joy in everything. His parents ask that donations be made in lieu of flowers to the Fanconi Anemia Research Foundation ( www.fanconi.org ).

Driscol is preceded in death by his Papa Bob (Rohlfing), Kenneth Pennell (grandfather), uncles Craig and Martin Fallgren.

A Celebration of Life will take place 11am Saturday, July 22, 2017 Boynton Memorial Chapel in Boynton Beach, Florida.
