Dumitru Manta passed away peacefully on April 2, 2019.

He is survived by his two daughters Ana Maria and Christine, his son-in-law Alex, and soon to be son-in-law, Donnie.

Dumitru was born in Bucharest and always dreamed of coming to America. Dumitru realized his dream when he came to the US on 7/7/77 with his family. He lived in New York for ten years before attaining his next dream of moving to Florida. While living in Florida, Dumitru ran a successful auto repair shop. His customers loved him as he was honest and fair. He was well known and respected in the auto repair community and was known as a mentor and as the man that could fix anything. He loved his family, his friends, and Romania.

In lieu of flowers, we request that you make a donation to Trustbridge, Hospice of Palm Beach County - Gerstenberg Hospice Center. The family requests a private funeral service.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 8, 2019, at 10:00 am with a Funeral Service to follow at 12:00 noon at The Boynton Memorial Chapel.
