Elliott Williams, 65, died peacefully in his home on October 23, 2014 in Boynton Beach Florida . His parents Elsie Mae Williams and William Williams, and brother Willie Williams preceded him in death. Born November 2, 1948 in Delray Beach , Elliott graduated from Carver High School in 1966 and had a career at Southern Bell before starting Communications Resource Management Corp. in 1995. His favorite hobby was making homemade hot sauce for family and friends, and after many years, launched another company, Boynton Beach Hot Sauce Company with his wife Dianne. With their line of "Backyard Heat" hot sauce, they have been growing peppers and marketing the hot sauce since May 2012.
A long time, active member of the community, Elliott has served many local organizations including: Boynton Beach Chamber of Commerce, Boynton Beach Special Events Committee, Boynton Beach Schoolhouse Children's Museum & Learning Center, American Heart Association and Cystic Fibrosis. Most recently, Elliott served as Senior Warden at St. Joseph's Episcopal Church where he has worshiped for over 28 years and met Dianne 15 years ago. Elliott's warm, charismatic personality didn't know a stranger and will be missed by so many.
Elliot is survived by his wife, partner and best friend, Dianne Williams of Boynton Beach, FL, son and daughter-in-law, Elliott Jr. and Kenyetta Williams of Houston Texas, and two granddaughters Yasmine and Lauren.
A Memorial Service will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, November 1, 2014 at Saint Joseph's Episcopal Church, at 3300A South Seacrest Avenue, Boynton Beach, FL. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Saint Joseph's Episcopal Church – Capital Campaign.
