Ernest Arthur Dennison (Ernie), 62, of Boynton Beach, Florida, passed away on September 21, 2022.  Ernie was born April 10 ^th ,1960, in Flint, Michigan.  He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Arlon and Aleta (Gane) Dennison.  Ernie is survived by his wife Kelly (Sweet) Dennison, two siblings: Julia MacEachin(Bob Hall) and Aralyn Petterson (Karl), two children: Brittany Cassidy (Edward IV) and Nicholas Dennison, three grandchildren: Edward Cassidy V, Emerson Cassidy, Avery Cassidy; as well as mother-in-law: Sandra (Cranston) Sweet, sister-in-law: Debbie Sweet-Walters (Harvey Wilson),Nieces: Lisa Ann Ford, Baylee Walters and Rylee Walters, and Cousin: Kevin Hayward.

Ernie was a graduate of Flint Southwestern High School. He grew up playing ice hockey at the IMA and received many accolades playing for locally sponsored teams, as well as the Canusa games.  He lived in Michigan until moving to South Florida in 1990, where he started his own handyman business and had a career in hospitality.  Ernie was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle who spent most of his time at the beach or outside at his pool and tiki bar.  He loved his family, friends, working around the house, and was an avid Detroit Red Wings fan.  Ernie had a great sense of humor and made friends wherever he went.  He had a willingness to help others and was always working on his next project.

Ernie's family and friends will miss him greatly, he had a lasting impact on the many lives he touched.

A Memorial Service will be held 1:00pm Friday, October 28, 2022 at Boynton Memorial Chapel, Boynton Beach.
