Francisco was born and raised in Cuba and came to Florida 40 years ago where he raised his family and lived the rest of his life. He passed away peacefully on July 8th at home surrounded by family and close friends. He is preceded in death by his daughter Lilly Hulbert and survived by his sister Charito Fernandez, wife Lilia Fernandez, sons Frank and Raul Fernandez, Son-in-Law David Hulbert and grandchildren Matthew and Sara Hulbert.

A Visitation will be held at Boynton Memorial Chapel on Friday, July 13, 2018 from 5pm to 8pm
