Helen (Toby)Wilhelmina Maki (nee Saine) passed away on 7/16/2020 after a brief illness. She was predeceased by her husband Urho Onni Maki, her brother Stuart William Saine, Paul Wilhelm Saine, 2 brothers in Finland, and her parents John and Johanna Saine (Jalonen) She is survived by her only child, Carol Maki Bishop, 3 grandsons Ashely Anders, Eric Christopher, and Adam Gregory. 3 grandchildren Annalee, Axel and Aiden, several sister- in- laws in Finland, many, many nieces nieces and nephews. She was a member of the Congressional Church in Worcester, MA and the United Methodist Church in Boynton Beach, where she belonged to the Deborah Circle, as well as St. Andrews Lutheran Church in Lake worth. She was born in Maynard, MA and grew up in Worcester, MA where she graduated from Commerce HS. She and her husband, and daughter moved to FL in 1955 permanently. She was a loving wife, mother grandmother and a dear friend to many and will be missed deeply. Sadly due to the coronavirus pandemic there was no Memorial service. Her ashes will be interred in Oulu, Finland next to her husband in the upcoming summer.
