Jacqueline (Pratt) Garofalo, age 77, of Boynton Beach passed away on Monday, December 14th, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. Formerly of South Windsor, CT, "Jackie" was married to Salvatore Garofalo and leaves behind her children: Eugene Interlandi, Frank Interlandi, Salvatore Garofalo III, Lori Garofalo Uccello, Donna Garofalo and Tracy Garofalo, beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren, family and friends. Jackie is remembered for her love and devotion to her family, her honesty, generous spirit, strong will and love of animals and reading. She helped build a successful business in Connecticut, S&R Sanitation, and loved UCONN athletics, her N.E. Patriots, her Boston Red Sox and the LPGA. She enjoyed charity work throughout her life, and volunteer at Bethesda Memorial Hospital. She will be dearly missed. A Memorial Gathering at 1:30 pm followed by a Memorial Service at 2 pm on Tuesday, December 22nd will be held at Boynton Memorial Chapel, 800 W. Boynton Beach Blvd., Boynton Beach, FL 33426. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to TrustBridge Hospice of Palm Beach County.
