James A. Phillips has passed away on November 10th, 2020 at his home in Jacksonville, Florida.

A service will be held on Saturday November 14th, 2020 at Boynton Beach Memorial Chapel in Boynton Beach, Florida from 12:00PM to 2:00PM .

James was born in Mineola, NY on December 16th, 1964. James is survived by his mother Lois Totura, father Norman Phillips, sister Jeanine Zelkas, brother Bradley Phillips, and three nephews. James was an active member of the Mensa Society and was an accomplished artist.
