Janice (Janny) Nureen Diaz, age 84, of Boynton Beach, Florida, passed away on September 25th 2026. Janny was born on July 29, 1942 in Cleveland, Ohio to Joseph and LaVerne Taylor. She had a close bond with her mother LaVerne, and her sibblings Bev, Dolly, Joe, Ruth, Debbie, and David.

On August 23, 1958, Janny married Phil in Cleveland. Together, they had 2 children - Mishele and David, and shared 68 years of marriage and built a life filled with family, friends, and many loving memories.

Outside of work, Janny loved crocheting, expressing her faith and sharing her hope for the future. She especially enjoyed reading, music of all kinds, and spending time with family. She was a great cook and known for her delicious arroz con gandules.

Janny is survived by her husband Phil, her children Mishele, and David, her grandchildren Eden and Alex, her sibling Bev, and many nieces, nephews, and a host of other extended 'brothers and sisters.'

A memorial will be held on Saturday October 10th at 2 PM at 12900 Barwick Road, Boynton Beach, FL 33436.
