Jared Auer, 30, of Lake Worth, Florida, passed away on June 16, 2025, due to a senseless act of violence. He was born on January 26, 1995, in Boynton Beach, Florida.

Jared faced life with resilience, meeting its challenges head-on with strength and heart. Through it all, he remained deeply devoted to the people he loved. He was a fantastic uncle—playful, caring, and endlessly present for his niece and nephew, who adored every playful moment with him.

Jared had a lifelong passion for sports. He grew up playing football in the local WBFL and WBFF leagues, where his competitive spirit and big heart left a lasting imprint on teammates, coaches, and friends. His love for the game never faded, especially when it came to fantasy football—where he brought the same fire, fun, and friendly trash talk that made him unforgettable.

Jared was the life of the party. His fun personality lit up every room. He had a way of interacting with people to show his support, truly caring about them.

He carried hopes and dreams for a better future, and though his time was far too short, the love and joy he brought into the world will never be forgotten. He now rests peacefully, reunited in heaven with his beloved nephew, Rush.

Jared is survived by his father, Jeffrey; mother, Christina; twin brother, Jalen; sister-in-law, Hannah; niece, Emmy; and nephew, Ronan.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Rush's Rainbows , a nonprofit supporting bereaved parents.
