Jeanette Ciraldo, 88, passed away peacefully on January 31, 2014 with family by her side. She was married to Guido V. Ciraldo, deceased, for 51 years. She spend most of her life in New York and spent her retirement years in Cape Cod, Massachusetts and Delray Beach, Florida. Her career started as a secretary for the NY Yankees from 1947-1950 and later worked as a school secretary for 18 years in New York.
Jeanette was a caring and loving mother and grandmother. Her many talents including cooking and baking, reading and traveling. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
Jeanette is survived by a son, Dr. Robert Ciraldo, his wife, Dr. Loretta Ciraldo, daughter Mary Beth Miller, son-in-law Robert Miller, a brother and sister-in-law Anthony and Anne D'Onofrio, brother and sister-in-law, Armand and Jill Ciraldo, grandchildren Gina Ciraldo- Stabile, Daniel Stabile, Matthew Miller, Tina Miller, Daniel Ciraldo, Katrina Ciraldo, Nina Miller, John Miller, Liza Rose Ciraldo, and three great grandchildren, Tyler Gervais, Jeanette Miller and Ben Miller. She also leaves behind nieces and nephews, Joanne and Mark DiLuiggi, Diane and Tom Kalmbach, Lora Jean and Chris Lenzsch, Joseph and Mary D'Onofrio, Barbara McManus, Arthur McManus, Michael Ciraldo, and Pamela McManus.
A Visitation will be held from 6pm to 8pm Monday, February 3, 2014 at Boynton Memorial Chapel. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10am Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church, Delray Beach with burial to follow at Royal Palm Memorial Gardens, West Palm Beach.
