James "Jim" H. Edward

Age 67 of Boynton Beach passed away peacefully May 5, 2016 after an extended illness. Jim owned and operated an excavation and land clearing business in Boynton Beach for over 40 years. He was predeceased by parents Ian and Christine Edward. Jim is survived by long time companion, Rita Schroeter; brother Ian (Barbara), of Memphis, Tennessee; two nieces, Mairi Albertson and Kirsten Griffy, 1 great niece, one great nephew; and Jean Finlayson of Bridgewater, New Jersey.
A Memorial Service will be held 12 noon Saturday, May 21, 2016 at Boynton Memorial Chapel, 800 W. Boynton Beach Blvd., Boynton Beach. Friends may arrive beginning at 11 am. Interment will take place at the Boynton Beach Memorial Park at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Jim's memory may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
