John Thomas Leach, Jr. of Boynton Beach passed away on November 29, 2019 at the age of 86.  He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Alice Joyce, his sons John Thomas Leach, III (wife Coley), Michael David Leach, (wife Donna), and daughter Linda Joyce Leach, fifteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

John (Jack) was born on April 12, 1933 in New York, New York the son of John Thomas Leach and Inez Cope.  He was a proud US Army veteran of the Korean War.

He retired from Western Electric after thirty -two years, and then retired from the State of Florida after ten years.  Still not happy in retirement, he worked part time as a parking attendant at Oceanfront Park. He was a true Irishman who is now in paradise.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St Thomas More Catholic Church, 10935 South Military Trail, Boynton Beach, FL 33436 on Thursday, December 5 th at 11:00 AM, following military honors at South Florida National Cemetery (LANE 1), 6501 Fl-7 Lake Worth, Fl 33449.  Family and friends are invited at the home of Jack and Joyce.
