Jon Michael Nisbet Sr., 57, of Sanford, FL passed away Saturday, June 23, 2007 from a heart attack. He was born June 4, 1950 in Dayton, Ohio to Joseph and Doris Nisbet. He was an avid researcher of family genealogy. In addition, Jon Michael Nisbet Sr. was a lifelong HAM radio broadcaster with his call letters WA8QNJ. Jon Michael Nisbet Sr. was always adventurous and loved spending time with his son and his family. Recently, he spent some much enjoyed time water-skiing during Father's Day weekend with his son Jon Nisbet, Kelly Toth and his two grandsons Brandon and Tyler.
Jon Michael Nisbet Sr. is survived by his sister Rhonda Love of San Diego, California; and his two children Jon Michael Nisbet Jr. and Shannon Nisbet-Burch of West Palm Beach, Florida; his four grandsons Brandon Michael and Tyler Michael Nisbet and Gavin and Garrett Burch. Jon Michael Nisbet Sr. spent the past few years searching for peace and serenity; may peace and serenity be with you now that you are finally home. Services will be held 2 PM on Monday, July 2, 2007 at the Boynton Memorial Chapel, 800 W. Boynton Beach Blvd., Boynton Beach, FL.
