Judith Marie Spano Fazio of Lake Worth Florida, passed away peacefully at home on July 11, 2020 at the age of 81.

She was born to Francis and Ann Spano in Bronx, New York. She was predeceased by her first husband William McQuade, her son, William McQuade Jr, grandson, Mark Leal, great grandson Marcus Leal and her second husband Joseph Fazio.

Judith's greatest joy in life was the love of her family. She she was kind, sweet, witty, gentle , more than fair and so loving and giving.
She will be remembered for her beautiful smile, adorable sayings like "7/24" and
"that's life".
She was the best mom, grandma, card player, bingo caller, bowler and could dance the night away. She will be missed every day, in every moment, for the rest of our lives until we meet again.

She is survived by her beloved children , Doreen McQuade and her wife, Danielle Malone-McQuade,  Maryellen McQuade and Susanne Caudillo and her husband Julian Caudillo. Beloved Grandchildren Mandi, Lora , Jennifer, William , Angelica , Nicholas ,Stacy and Kimberly. Beloved great grandchildren Cecilia, Ariana, Isabelle, Dalton, Joseph, David, Anastasia, Bella, Kaylee, Mason and the loving 21 great grandchildren (Caudillo family).
