Ridgefield, NJ - Kenneth (Kenny) Joseph Castel, age 61, passed away peacefully at his residence in Boynton Beach, FL on Saturday, April 11, 2020.  Born and raised in Ridgefield, NJ on August 30, 1958.

Kenny always had that personality that everyone was attracted to and loved. He was funny and very popular growing up. He was a very good athlete when he participated in the R.B.A.O Leagues and then in High School. alongside his brothers Billy and Stephen.
Kenny graduated from Ridgefield Memorial High School and attended Bergen Community College in Paramus, NJ. He was born with a natural ability to sell and became a brilliant Sales Executive who utilized his craft and warm welcoming personality in various industries including Furniture, Automatic doors, Food and Hospitality.

Kenny had a positive and kind soul with an incredible ability to make people laugh with his charismatic sense of humor and genuine smile.
Kenny was an avid sports lover with a great love for baseball , basketball, and football, a trait he has passed onto his son William. He never missed an opportunity to rave about his son's athletic ability or brag about his strong willed and beautiful daughter Abigail.

Kenny was an active parishioner of St. Matthews Church in Ridgefield.
Kenny is predeceased by his parents William and Dorothy Niebhur Castel and his first born son, Cameron Castel.
Kenny is survived by his immediate family, Jennifer Doidge-Castel of Kinnelon, NJ and his beautiful and loving children Abigail Jenny Castel, age 19; freshman at Fairfield University in Ct. and William Robert Castel, 16; a Junior at Kinnelon High School.

Abigail and William were the greatest treasures and source of pride for Kenny, who couldn't get enough of sharing his love for them.
Kenny is also survived by his older brother, William Castel, 62 of Paramus NJ and his beautiful fiancé Patricia Romano Chalmers and her children.
And his younger brother Stephen Castel, 55 of Ridgefield, NJ and his children Stephen and Caitlin, and his lovely fiancé Lucieann Tufaro Dottino and son.
Kenny is also survived by his nephews and nieces, aunts, uncles and many cousins.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, A Memorial Service will be held to celebrate Kenny's life at a later date to be confirmed on Social Media.
