On the evening of Friday February 17, 2017 Lana Conrad was taken from us unexpectedly at age 52. Lana will always be remembered for her humor, strength, determination, loyalty, whimsical nature, and encouraging words. She was a resourceful, hard-working lady who befriended everyone she met. She truly had a heart of gold and would have given the shirt off of her back to anyone. She will be greatly missed.

Lana was born locally at Bethesda Hospital on November 2nd, 1964 to Diane Johnson and Frederick Conrad. She had 7 loving siblings: Dawn, Tim, Syndy, Sandy, Tony, Allen, and Craig. She was an alumni of St. Vincent's Catholic School in Boynton Beach where she made many life-long friends. She was wed to the late Julio Hernandez in 1992 with whom she had two daughters, Heather and Victoria. She was very much a social butterfly and throughout the years she touched the lives of countless people.

Lana was preceded in death by her father Frederick Conrad, and her dad Alvin Johnson. She is survived by two daughters, Heather and Victoria; step children, Maite, and Rafael; son-in-law Erik; and 4 grandchildren Fredrick, Alex, Erika, and Sophia.

Services will be held at Boynton Memorial Chapel located at 800 W Boynton Beach Blvd, Boynton Beach, FL 33426 on Friday, February 24, 2017 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm. There will be a smaller, more casual gathering following the Memorial at CJ's Island Grill located at 606 Lake Ave, Lake Worth, FL 33460 following the service.
