Louis F. Paoletti Jr., 63, of Boynton Beach, Florida, passed away on March 15, 2025 after an extended illness. He is survived by his wife Julie C. Paoletti, his son Louis F. Paoletti III, brothers Arthur M. Paoletti, John A. (Ingrid) Paoletti, Kevin C. (Kim) Paoletti and sisters Regina P. Moller and Rita M. Paoletti. Louis was born in Coral Gables, Florida and spent much of his early life there and in the surrounding areas. Lou's father, originally from Italy owned and managed the Coconut Grove Playhouse & Dinner Theater with his wife Regina B. Paoletti. As a young man, Lou quickly learned the ins and outs of the family restaurant business. He and his family moved from the Miami area to Delray Beach in the 70's. His mother then began expanding the Paoletti's restaurant brand operating locations in Boynton Beach, Delray Beach and later in Highlands, NC. Louis was blessed to travel to many of the wonderful locations in the United States such as, The Grand Canyon, Carlsbad Caverns, Yellowstone National and many more. As Louis grew older he developed a passion for the water and transitioned into becoming a successful businessman and marina manager and later a business owner in the marine industry. Louis always found ways to make light of any situation and was social with many friends easily connecting with people he met along the way. Louis was always willing to help those in need due to his upbringing and the loss of his own father at age 16. Louis had a deep passion for his sports teams as well as a avid Miami Dolphins fan he was able to witness their undefeated season in person. Louis will be greatly missed by his many friends and family.
