Louis N. Sanfilippo, 97, of Boynton Beach, FL, passed away on Wednesday, May 7, 2008. Born in Sicily, he migrated with his family to Hoboken, N.J. as a teenager where he learned the barbering trade. He worked hard to provide for his young family and eventually opened two of his own shops in New York City. In 1956 he and his family moved to South Florida. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Bruna of 69 years in 2004, and his devoted grandson Richard Adamson in 2007. He is survived by his children, Richard (Diane), Larry (Gail) and Paula S. Adamson; seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren, brother Joseph, sisters-in-law, Onda and Affra and nieces and nephews. He was an amazing father, grandfather and great grandfather who taught his family the meaning of love and family; a loyal and caring friend to many. Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2008 from 12-1:00 pm at Boynton Memorial Chapel, 800 W. Boynton Beach Blvd., Boynton Beach, FL 33426, service to follow.
