Born on February 12, 1941, in Newark, New Jersey.  Malcolm was the only son of late David and Ida Woodstein.  He is predeceased by his son Michael Woodstein.  Malcolm is survived by his loving wife Ina, and two devoted children: son Richard and Andrew Woodstein.  He was the delight of his three grandchildren: David, Aaron, and Sarah.  He was also survived by his extended family of Andrea, Christopher, Lauren, and Rocio.

Malcolm was the first Jewish Athlete offered a full-ride scholarship to the University of North Carolina State to play Football.    In Business Malcolm worked in the Scrap Metal Industry and enjoyed every moment of his time in business.  In 1979 Malcolm and his wife plus their three kids moved to Boca Raton, FL where he loved to play Golf, Tennis, read books, and play cards.

Malcolm was the true patriarch of his family. He will be missed, but our memories and stories will live on in our hearts.
