Mary R Ambrosio, age 96, of Boynton Beach, FL, passed away on April 4, 2026. Mary was born on October 20, 1929 in Brooklyn to Jack Trinceri and Lena Vinci.
Growing up, Mary enjoyed looking after her baby sisters and spending quality time with family.
On March 10, 1947, Mary married Frank. They were truly soulmates and together, they shared 53 years of marriage and built a life filled with laughter, friendship and deep connection. Even when they were apart for work, they would send daily letters back and forth expressing their love for one another.
Throughout her life, Mary worked as a teachers aid and was a home maker for her family, taking care of her husband and 4 children.She was known for her quick wit and sense of humor, knowing exactly how to keep everyone laughing. She always had a smile on her face and brightened everyone’s day. She never knew a stranger and was beloved by all who were lucky enough to know her.
Outside of work, Mary loved attending mass and being surrounded by family. She was extremely loving, always seeing the best in people and encouraging others to do the same. She loved playing cards and hosting weekly card nights. She always seemed to have luck on her side and enjoyed everything lottery related. She kept a positive outlook on life and was always ready for an adventure. As long as we were together, she was happy.
Mary is survived by her son’s Louis and Frank along with her grandchildren, Dana, Danielle, Marybeth, Salvatore, Denise and Toni. As well as her great grandchildren, Paul, Salvatore and Joseph. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank, sisters Josephine, Angelina and her brother Anothony. As well as her daughters, Elizabeth and Marie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
