Mary P. Wallace, 94, passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2020 in Delray Beach. She was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Mary Peckham and John W. Gross and was the youngest of five children. After graduating from high school, she attended the University School of Milwaukee, Ringling College of Art, and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Mary was a talented artist and awarded many awards for her artwork over the years. She worked for and retired from the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles. Mary enjoyed painting in her free time and was an excellent bridge player. Her love of animals was unmatched. Mary is survived by her son Thomas and his companion Elaine, son Peter and his wife Vicki, and grandchildren Anthony and his wife Jillian, Peter, and Jennifer. Mary will always be remembered as a strong, independent, loving woman who loved her family, was very artistic, and always enjoyed a good party.
