Age 92 of Delray Beach, died Thursday, March 25, 2010. He was born in 1917 in Detroit, MI. Maxwell served as a Sergeant in Gen. Patton's Army. He moved to Delray Beach in 1953. Maxwell was predeceased by his first wife, Roma in 1988.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Lillian Given Litwa Minor, whom he married in 1998. Maxwell is loved by his step-children, Barbara Magee, Debra Given, Brian Given, Cindy Ariosa, Kelly Goodrick and daughter-in-law, Jenny Given; six grandchildren, Michael Magee and his wife Nicole, Kathryn Given, Rosie Given, Christopher Given, Adam Ariosa and Jamie Ariosa; and two great-grandchildren, Lilly and Liam Magee.
A Memorial Service will be held 2pm, Saturday, March 27, 2010 at Boynton Memorial Chapel, 800 W. Boynton Beach Blvd., Boynton Beach. Those who wish may make contributions to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in Maxwell's memory.
