Nicoleta Manta, 68, passed away peacefully on February 15th in her home surrounded by family after a brief battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. She was the daughter to the late Ion and Maria Radescu. She was born and raised in Bucharest, Romania. She was a hairdresser for many years before coming to the United States in 1977.
Nicoleta's interests included spending time with family, cooking, and reading. Her most cherished possession was the love of her family and pets.
Nicoleta is survived by her husband, Dumitru Manta, daughter, Ana Maria Manta Nunes, and daughter, Christine Manta, along with many members of extended family such as brothers-in-law, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Ion Radescu and her mother, Maria.
The family will receive family and friends at the visitation on Saturday, February 20th from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Boynton Memorial Chapel, 800 West Boynton Beach Boulevard, Boynton Beach, Florida, with funeral service and burial immediately to follow.
