She passed away Saturday, July 26, 2025

She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Luis Velez, her 3 sons (Michael, Luis/Luichi and David), 13 Grandchildren, and 3 Great Grandchildren. A sister Nilda, and a brother, Benjamin.

She was a beloved wife, devoted mother, grandmother, and friend who will be deeply missed.  She was a woman of faith, love, kindness, always putting family and others before herself.  She found joy in spending time feeding her ducks and tending to her garden.

Visitation will be held at Boynton Memorial Chapel from 12:00 pm- 4:00 pm on Wednesday, July 30th and 11:00 am- 12:00 pm on Thursday, July 31st.

Vivieron un matrimonio de 61 anios, le sobrevivensu esposo Luis Vélez, sus 3 hijos (Michael, Luis/Luichi y David), 13 nietos, y 3 bisnieto. Una hermana Nilda, y un hermano, Benjamin.

Era una esposa querida, madre devota, abuela y amiga que se echará mucho de menos. Era una mujer de fe, amor, amabilidad, siempre anteponiendo a su familia y a los demás. Encontró alegría en pasar tiempo alimentando a sus patos y cuidando su jardín.

El velatorio se llevará a cabo en Boynton Memorial Chapel de 12:00 p. m. a 4:00 p. m. el miércoles 30 de julio y de 11:00 a. m. a 12:00 p. m. el jueves 31 de julio.
