Obituary

Mrs. Norma Jean Webster Hogan died peacefully at her home in Boynton Beach, FL on April 1, 2012. She was born in Bennington, VT on February 17, 1935, the first child of Irving and Agnes Sears Webster. Norma graduated from Sacred Heart Elementary School and Bennington High School class of 1952. She was predeceased by her siblings, Susan Strong and David Webster. She was married and divorced from Francis J. Hogan and raised her three children, Dayle Ann Hogan-Browning, Christopher Hogan and Keith Hogan in Boynton Beach, FL all who survive her. Norma is also survived by her grandchildren, Robyn Parton, Tyler Hogan, Faith Parton-Reynolds; her great-grandchildren, Bella and Noah Parton; and a large extended family of in-laws, nephews, nieces and cousins, all of whom felt a special bond with her. She was employed by AT&T and later Southern Bell for 43 years and her greatest happiness was her family, her home and her friends. She was an active board member of her Home Owners Association and a long time active communicant of St. Mark Catholic Church, Boynton Beach, FL.
A Memorial Service will be held 11am Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at Boynton Memorial Chapel, Boynton Beach. The family will receive friends starting at 10:30am. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be in Norma's memory to Hospice of Palm Beach County, 5300 East Ave., West Palm Beach, FL 33407.
