Age 90 of Boynton Beach died on August 3, 2013. He was born in New Haven, CT on June 5, 1923. During World War II, he spent three years in the Army, one of them in Italy. After moving to Boynton Beach in 1978 he was very active as a volunteer for the Boynton Beach Civic Center and also for Locks of Love.
He was predeceased by his daughter, Anita Golia and three sisters and four brothers. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Rita; son David (Linda) of San Francisco, CA; daughter Amy Astrauskas (Leonard) of Goshen, CT; four beautiful grandchildren, Michael. Emily, Katie and Joseph; and many nieces and nephews.
