Patricia Braun, 88, of Lake Worth, Florida, died on October 29, 2024.

Patricia (Patty) Braun passed away on October 29, 2024 after a long struggle with CHF and Vascular Dementia.  She was the loving wife of George Braun, Preceded in Death and mother of Laurie and Lynn and sister to Virginia, Preceded in death.   She was a loving grandmother to her four grandchildren and had two great grandchildren.

She attended Carnegie Mellon University where she obtained her BS in Education.  She and George lived in Pittsburgh PA until 1988 and then moved to Florida to be closer to their daughters. Patty retired after 42 years of teaching for Allegheny County, PA and in Palm Beach County, FL.

Patty was devoted to reading her Bible and serving with her churches, both in Pennsylvania and Florida. Over the years she was a loving Sunday School Teacher, Elder, Deacon, and Stephen's Minister.   She was a loyal friend and a great listener to all who knew her, especially her students from Penn Hills High School.

A funeral service will be held at Royal Palm Presbyterian Church at 12:00 pm on Thursday, November 7, 2024.

Patricia will be laid to rest with her late husband, George, at South Florida National Cemetery at 1:30 pm on Thursday, November 7, 2024.
