Pauline C. Levandoski, 87, of Lake Worth, FL, formerly of West Brighton, Staten Island, NY, passed away on Sunday, June 29, 2008. Pauline, a Randall Manor Staten Island AARP Association Member, was a Senior Olympics Gold Medal winner in basketball. She worked for 34 years at Mobil Oil Corp., where she handled many administrative responsibilities. She enjoyed bowling, music, going on cruises, and trips to Atlantic City, and has also won medals for her flower arranging skills. Prior to her marriage, she worked for the U.S. Maritime Commission. Pauline is survived by her beloved husband of 61 years, Henry; and cherished daughter Barbara (Frank) Palladino. A visitation will be held on Sunday, July 6, 2008 from 5pm-7pm at Boynton Memorial Chapel, 800 W. Boynton Beach Blvd., Boynton Beach, FL 33426. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, July 7, 2008 at 10:00am at St. Thomas More R.C. Church in Boynton Beach. Interment to follow at the South Florida VA National Cemetery in Lake Worth. A memorial mass in Staten Island will be held at a later date.
