Phyllis Krawchuk age 94 of Delray Beach died Tuesday morning, September 27, 2011. She is survived by a daughter, Patricia (Henry) Baurley; a son, William (Linda) Krawchuk; a son, Stephen Krawchuk; Four Grandchildren, David (Robin) Krawchuk, Nancy (Zach) Davy, Daryl Baurley, and Andrea (David) Esguerra; and two great-grandchildren, Adriana and Ethan.
A visitation will be held from 2pm to 4pm Thursday, September 29, 2011 at Boynton Memorial Chapel. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10am, September 30, 2011 at St. Thomas More Church, Boynton Beach. Entombment will follow at Palm Beach Memorial Park.
