Pierina Marcangelo Obituary
" January 18, 1938 to January 27, 2024"

Pierina Marcangelo, 86 years old, passed away on January 27, 2024. She was born on January 18, 1938, in
Atina, a town & commune in the Province of Frosinone, Lazio region of central Italy to the late Luigia and
Saverio Pacitti. She had one brother & sister all who have proceeded her in death. She worked at Benson Shoes,
GE, & US Plastics in Lynn, Massachusetts. She was a stay-at-home mom and moved to Virginia Beach,
Virginia with her family.
Pierina was a hard worker, very passionate about taking care of her family and wanted the best for
everyone. She enjoyed family and friends especially during family gatherings, listening to Italian music,
gardening, playing cards and watching television. She enjoyed playing Italian cards with her loving husband
Elio each night until he proceeded her in death in January of 2022. They were married for 63 years. She had a
comedic sense of humor and made people smile & laugh. Always helped others. She was known as the life of
every party! Left to cherish her memory: Children; Joseph Marcangelo, Marisa Andrews (Michael Andrews), Nadia Mull
(Shawn Mull), and Roberto Marcangelo; grandchildren: Joey, Lisa, Nicholas, Nicole, Angela, Michael Jr,
Justin, Dominic, Natalina, Emma, Giana, and Gabriella and thirteen great-grandchildren: Brother, Mario
Marcangelo; and a sister, Livia Pacitti; six nieces; one nephew.
We truly look for the day when Revelation 21:4 will be fulfilled where it says, "And he will wipe out every tear
from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former
things have passed away." "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial
tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who
practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgement." John 5:28,29
The family will greet friends from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on, February 20th, 2024 at Boynton Memorial Chapel, 800
W. Boynton Beach Blvd, Boynton Beach, FL 33426. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the
Marcangelo family.
