Age 85 of Boynton Beach, died Friday morning, April 1, 2011. He was born in Lawrence, MA in 1925 to Antonia and Robert Dunne. After serving his country in the U.S. Army, he worked as an electrician and was a member of the IBEW. He was also a life member of the VFW.
Robert is survived by his wife Jacqueline; son, Michael (Robin) Dunne; two daughters, Susan and Lucie Dunne; four granddaughters, Holly, Andrea, Marcia and Elizabeth; and two great-grandchildren, Aiden and Aria.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11AM Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at St. Mark Catholic Church, Boynton Beach followed by burial with military honors at the South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth. A visitation will be held from 2-4pm Monday, April 4, 2011 at Boynton Memorial Chapel, 800 W. Boynton Beach Blvd., Boynton Beach. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
