Preceded in death by father Joseph Graney and sister Catherine Burger.

Robert Graney, known to most as "Bob", some as "Dad", and a special select few as "Papa", will forever be remembered as a man of immense service and love for his family. Twenty-three years ago, Bob took Katie's hand and with it, laid the groundwork for a legacy of honor, devotion, and compassion that will forever be immortalized in the hearts, minds, and lives of those who survive him now. Bob was a great and loving man with a huge heart, always willing to do whatever was necessary for his family and friends, regardless of the personal cost and sacrifice. A devout Catholic, he could always be found at St. Matthews church on religious holidays and Sunday mornings attending mass. Bob's "personal effects" he was most known for included Nascar, Pepsi, and his pets: Holly, Sebastian, Snuffy, and Miley. At family gatherings, Bob was often soft spoken but had a subtle way of putting a smile on the faces of everyone he encountered, whether it be from a humorous remark or just a pleasant conversation. Above all else, "Papa" loved and lived for his grandchildren, and this is one of the greatest gifts he had to give: his time and immense love for them – may those walks to the park, those trips to the races, those times spent on the waterslide, that fun in his backyard, and those damn good times with him at every gathering enrich each of their lives, not only as a great symbol of love, but also serve as a guide for their daily lives. God bless Robert Graney for the tremendous husband, father, grandfather, brother, and son he will forever be.
