Ronald Edward
Maloney
Jun 27, 1934 — Aug 21, 2026
Boynton Beach, Florida
Ronald Edward Maloney, born in Cleveland, Ohio, on June 27, 1934, passed away peacefully on August 21, 2026
He was the beloved husband and best friend to Marian, née Federinko, and a devoted father to Ronald Jr., Maureen Azzopardi (Chris), Kevin (Stacey), Brian (Angie), Mary Ann, Patrick (Kathy) and Colleen Wolff (John). Big brother to Dale (Sandy) and Carol Beljan (Don)
He was a proud grandfather of 14 grandchildren and a great-grandfather of four.
He was the son of the late George and Helen (Schultz) Maloney. He was preceded in death by his sisters Gail Plesec and Dolores Valentino, his daughter Mary Ann and great-granddaughter Payden Elizabeth.
An avid outdoorsman, hunter, and golfer he loved spending time outdoors and sharing those experiences with family and friends. He had a gift for making friends wherever he went and rarely met a stranger. He always seemed to have a good story to tell—and plenty of people willing to listen.
He enjoyed his beer, his social clubs, and most of all, the companionship and camaraderie that came with them. He valued friendship, enjoyed a good conversation and a loud good-natured argument. He most definitely knew how to have a good time.
He will be remembered for his easygoing nature, quick wit and wise-cracking attitude, his stories some containing “BS”, lasting friendships, love of the outdoors, and the many memories he created with the people who knew and loved him.
He leaves behind a family who will miss him deeply and a lifetime of stories that will continue to be remembered and retold for generations to come.
A memorial Mass and celebration of his life will be held in the future.
